Established in December 2011, PBK Placements & Training Academy has been serving the society as the only training & placement institute in Darjeeling Hills catering mainly the educational & employment related needs of the unskilled, unemployed & underprivileged youths of Darjeeling Hills.

We are the Training Hub Partner of TATA INSTITUTE OF SOCIAL SCIENCES-School of Vocational Education, (TISS-SVE -Deemed to be a University, Accredited as A++ by NAAC, Category-I university by UGC) and the Training Partner of PINNACLE SKILLS (a NSDC partner Co.) and Career Point / PBSSD (Paschim Banga Society for Skill Development), Department of Technical Education, Training & Skill Development, Government of West Bengal.

We provide training and job placements to the youths. Along with various Government departments, we have enabled hundreds of youths to find employment in some of the country’s best companies.

The management team of PBK Placements & Training Academy comprises of managers and trainers with industry experience. We put in efforts to provide Quality Training and Gainful Employment. We make it a point to study industry requirements and train our students accordingly. This ensures trainees are job-ready after the training.

We motivate the youths to understand their inner potential and capabilities in the pursuance of a fruitful career for future growth, which is achieved through various Career Counseling Programs along with the Vocational Education.
