The Saradha Gangadharan College has been started in 2001 with 4 Undergraduate courses. The college become a post-graduate institution in 2007 with the starting of the Master of Science in mathematics. The college has been accredited with a B++ grade by NAAC.

Vision

The college has a vision of "To be the Preferred UG and PG Educational institution in Arts, Commerce, and Science for Students in and around Puducherry by providing them with Value Education to realize their dreams and contribute to National development."

The college also held different Co-Curricular activities for students like NSS, Rotract, Red Ribbon Club, Women’s Cell, and Sports.

The college also has an active placement cell which helps and guides students in finding their dream career and pursuing it.
