Annamal Institute of Hotel Management (AIHM) is functioning under the management of "Annammal Educational Trust" (AET) and is dedicated to bring global excellence in the field of hospitality industry.

AIHM is one of the authorized academic centres of Madurai Kamaraj University and approved by D.E.T, Govt. of Tamil Nadu, Approval No.16634/IS5/2012 and also affiliated to B.S.S INDA , Promoted by Govt. of India. AIHM has brances at Koyambedu, Tambaram, Avadi, Mint, Vellore, Kanchipuram, Villupuram, Tiruvannamalai, Cuddalore, Kallakurichi, Salem, Dharmapuri, Krishnagiri, Perambalur, Erode, Trichy and Karur.

Annammal Educational Trust publishes a career oriented newspaper called Hoteliers Talk and has a job portal www.hotelierstalk.com to explore job opportunities in Star Hotels in India and abroad. AIHM conducts a job fair every year in association with Hoteliers Talk.The 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, & 2017 job fairs were grand success and nearly 1,50,000 candidates got placements through the job fairs. The mission of the Annamal Institute of Hotel Management (AIHM) is to nurture the students to become skilled hoteliers in knowledge, understanding and creativity of the hospitality industry, learning the arts of diverse culture and ethically be first class graduates prepared to seek employment in Star Hotels, Cruise Ship Resorts, Guest Houses, Clubs, Pubs, Bars, Restaurants and Other hospitality sector.
