Government P.G. College, Gohana was founded in 1966 as "War Heroes Memorial College" It was taken over by Haryana Government on 12th February 1981. This college awarded 'B+' GRADE by NAAC. 

This college has all the facilities for physical, cultural and intellectual development of students by means of sports, library, co-curricular activities and computers facilitation. For their moral character and personal development several literary, cultural and sports programmes are organized by the college time to time

For BA Girl Students, Girls Wing was established in 2006.Apart from the education, we also focus on discipline, cleanliness and environmental upgrade.
